Today, sustainability has become a fundamental element of economic growth and social development. Considering the environmental impacts of economic activities, the emergence of different economic models has been inevitable. In this context, the concepts of green economy and blue economy, which are integral to sustainability, play an important role in achieving sustainable development goals despite the production and economy based on fossil fuels, also called brown economy.
This book aims to explore the economic dimensions of sustainability. Especially the approaches developed to achieve sustainability goals with an emphasis on colors are important in terms of drawing attention to the issue. For this reason, this study, which was created to emphasize the importance of this understanding that will shape our future, is aimed to contribute to the literature.
